Manage Staff

Approve new sign-ins before they can see anything, and promote a staff member to manager or step someone back down. Be careful with manager access — managers can see and edit everyone's records. Confirm each person's role category here too — it's what decides which courses they see by default.

Staff Categories

The categories staff can be tagged with (Manage Staff above, and the "which best describes your role" picker at first sign-in), used to target course visibility and bulk-assign compliance requirements. Renaming a label only changes how it displays — it doesn't affect any existing assignment. The key itself can't be changed once created, since it's what existing records reference.
